PICK:NEW JERSEY DEVILS -1.5 (+100)

Despite Seattle looking better over their last few games, I still don't find them consistent enough to want to bet on them. To boot, the New Jersey Devils have been one of the most consistent teams in the NHL, and currently boast the league's best Power Play. I'm happy to throw a little cash on NJ to win this one at home by 2.

PICK:SAN ANTONIO SPURS +6.5 (-105)

I feel like an encounter between these two squads always ends up incredibly close, and incredibly high-scoring. Which, always surprises me because the Sacramento Kings are far and away the better team on paper. That said, with the Kings on a back-to-back, this could be a nice spot for San Antonio to win at home. I'll risk it for the biscuit and take both the Over to cash and the Spurs to cover.

PICK:CHICAGO BULLS +3.5 (-105)

I simply can't pass up an opportunity to fade the Pacers on the road (again). And while the Chicago Bulls are playing on a back-to-back this evening, they've proven multiple times in recent past that playing 2 games in 2 days doesn't stop them from putting points on the board (see Nov 22/23 & 26/27). Indiana is now 2-11 on the road – even if they bounce back here, I don't doubt that the Bulls will keep it close. I'm on Chicago to cover.

PICK:CAROLINA HURRICANES -1.5 (+102)

I know the Hurricanes struggled against Florida, but I’d say they’re far and away a better squad than the Seattle Kraken. Carolina with the home advantage is tough to bet against; being 9-2 on their own ice, it’s hard to imagine that they won’t win by multiple goals. Most recently, they faced Seattle on the road and came away with a 4-1 victory. I’ll take the Hurricanes to cover.

PICK:MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES +4 (-110)

The Grizzlies come into this game with all of the momentum in the world – having won 8 of their last 9 games while struggling with some team injuries, all of the value lies with Memphis in my opinion; especially now that Ja Morant is back. Having said that, the Mavericks also got Luka Doncic back on Saturday. In short, this could be anyone’s game friends, but I certainly think the Grizzlies will cover and I wouldn’t be surprised if they won outright.

PICK:OVER 6.5 (+104)

This is the ticket that keeps on cashing – the Blue Jackets have hit the Over for 5 straight outings now. And, as I stated before, I’ll keep betting on it to happen until it doesn’t. Their encounter with the flames just last week ended at 5-2; I imagine the result will be similar tonight. I’ll roll the dice on the game to go to at least 7.

PICK:HOUSTON TEXANS -3.5 (-110)

The Jacksonville Jaguars have been tragic, my goodness. They’ve lost 9 of their last 11 games, and… well, I think that’s a pretty jarring statistic; let that sink in. On the other side, the Texans are 7-5, and covered -3.5 when they met the Jaguars back in September. Despite Houston dropping 3 of its last 4 games, these teams are trending in completely opposite directions, and for this reason, I’ll take a healthy Houston squad to win by 4.

PICK:ATLANTA HAWKS -4.5 (-112)

Both the Hawks and the Hornets play today's game on the end of a back-to -back, and while the Charlotte squad has managed to keep a lot of close games, I think the Hawks will cover the spread here. After watching Atlanta win consecutive encounters with the Cleveland Cavaliers by double digits, it's hard not to believe they can beat the Hornets by 5. I'm on the Hawks to cover tonight.

Note: I'd take the 3-Way ML for -120. The Golden Knights have been crushing it lately – having won 4 of their last 5 games, I think Las Vegas takes this win without the need for OT at home tonight. Utah's last encounter with the Golden Knights saw them lose by multiple goals; I expect a similar result for them here on the road. Take Vegas to win in regulation.

PICK:OVER 41.5 (-111)

The Chiefs have cashed the Over in 5 of their last 6 outings, which includes their last encounter with the Las Vegas Raiders. I think the entire league now knows that the Chiefs have developed a pesky habit of winning but not covering (lol), and after watching the Carolina Panthers score a whopping 27 points against them, 41.5 seems like too low a total. I’ll take the Over to hit this afternoon, friends.

PICK:UNDER 6 (-110)

his is a real gamble friends – both of these squads are averaging North of 3 goals per game at the moment, but I just can’t bring myself to take the Over. In the last 10 encounters between these two teams, only 3 have actually gone over 6 goals – and of those 10, 0 have gone over when then Hurricanes have been at home. With tonight’s game being in Carolina, I’m going to go out on a limb here, ere on the side of history and say this encounter stops at 5.
